This year’s conference revolves around the theme “Transforming Economies: Energy Transition, Geopolitics in International Finance, and Sustainable Growth in the MENA Region”, focusing on critical issues such as the global energy transition, financial markets, and sustainable growth. One of the key topics that must also be addressed within this scope is the impact of economic transformation processes on the renewable energy and environment.

This special session aims to bring together academics, industry professionals, and policymakers to evaluate renewable energy policies, discuss green financing opportunities, and explore the relationship between energy market transitions and sustainable development. The format of the session will be shaped based on participants' suggestions and session chair's guidance and may take the form of a panel, workshop, or roundtable discussion.
