Submission Guidelines:

• Your one-page abstract should be submitted before May 26th, 2025 via email to meea2025@marmara.edu.tr.
• All submitted abstracts will undergo a blind peer-review process conducted by experts in the field. Only submissions that meet the required academic standards and receive positive evaluations from the reviewers will be accepted for presentation.
• Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their abstracts by June 23rd, 2025.
  
  
  • Abstracts should include the papers objectives, data, methodology, results, and conclusions. JEL classification and up to 3 keywords should be included. Click here for a draft for abstract submission.
    
    
  • In order to submit abstracts, you need to renew your membership for the year 2025 via MEEA portal https://meeaweb.org/membership 
    
    
  • If you’re not a member, you can initiate your membership by registering on our portal at https://meeaweb.org/membership
    
    
  • The membership fees are as follows:

• • • Regular members residing in region A: $30
    • Regular members residing in region B: $15
    • Graduate students are exempt from MEEA membership fee. 
  • Region A includes North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Gulf countries. Region B includes all other countries including Türkiye. 

 

Registration Deadline:

• Payment instructions will be sent to authors upon acceptance.
• The deadline for registration is July 20th, 2025.
• Participants from Türkiye will pay in Turkish Lira (TL)*.
• Registration Fee:
  • General Fee: $50 (1500 TL)
  • Student Fee: $10 (500 TL)

Registration fee covers two lunches and coffee breaks, full access to the keynote panels and conference sessions.
